These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WebTrafficCAM™, a product of Elite Wealth Network (“we,” “us,” “WTC”), based in The Villages, Florida. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
WebTrafficCAM™ is a B2B software service that identifies anonymous business website visitors and delivers a weekly Recognition Report™ with verified contact details. Subscriptions bill monthly. Service is provided for business-to-business use only.
You must be at least 18 years old, use the service for a lawful business purpose, and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
The Founders rate ($100 per month off the Member price) is tied to a continuously active subscription. If you cancel, the Founders rate-lock ends; resubscribing later is at the then-current Member price.
Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep every contact already delivered to you.
Subscriptions are non-refundable; we do not issue cash refunds. For any billing concern, email info@webtrafficcam.com before contacting your card issuer and we will make it right.
If we don’t deliver at least fifty verified prospects in your first thirty days, your second month is on us — and you keep every contact we already captured. (Applied as a free second month, not a refund.)
You agree to use the service only for lawful B2B outreach and to comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws. You may not resell, syndicate, or share identified prospect data obtained through the service with third parties.
WebTrafficCAM™ data is first-party. The identification pixel sits on your website, identifies your visitors, and delivers data to your account. We do not syndicate, resell, or share your identified prospect data with other customers.
White-Glove Activation is installation assistance: custom pixel creation, platform-specific placement instructions, a live walkthrough with your web person, and same-day verification. We never request CMS admin credentials. CRM integration is a separate scope and is not part of base activation.
The service is provided “as is.” Except for the 50-in-30 guarantee, we make no guarantee of specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
