Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WebTrafficCAM™, a product of Elite Wealth Network (“we,” “us”), handles information. WebTrafficCAM™ is a B2B software service that identifies anonymous business website visitors and delivers a weekly Recognition Report™ with verified contact details. Subscriptions bill monthly.

Two different roles. First, we handle information about our customers (the businesses that buy WebTrafficCAM™). Second, our service helps customers identify the anonymous business visitors on their own websites. This policy covers both.

1. Information we collect

Account & billing: name, business name, email, phone, and billing details. Payment card data is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — not by us.

Usage: basic logs and analytics about how the service and our websites are used.

Identification data (the service): for our customers, the service returns business-contact details associated with visitors to the customer’s own site.

2. Cookies and pixels

Our funnel pages use an identification pixel to recognize business visitors so we can follow up. Traffic is U.S. business-to-business; under U.S./CCPA rules this does not require a pre-consent gate. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, process payments, deliver Recognition Reports, provide support, send transactional emails (such as receipts), and operate our own sales and onboarding.

4. How information is shared

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including Stripe (payments) and our own CRM tools (Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign) used for our internal pipeline and follow-up. We do not sell, syndicate, or share customers’ identified prospect data with other customers or third parties.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make a request, email info@webtrafficcam.com.

7. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
